will be held in Maserada Piave on March 20, for all paths starting at 9:00 am.
The distances are 5, 12.6 and 19.6 km. As I was told it's all flat, excluding a few small ups and downs; particular attention to the ankles in the sections that run inside the Piave ...
find a beautiful, charming and characteristic, that in the case of the longer routes will also Codigugnolo oasis of nature.
Personally I think I do the calmly 12km; 19 would be risky to do not so much fatigue, but the risk of falling to dent. I would say that they are already quite battered.
But I spoke too well to not go there!
Now, we just hope for the mercy of the weather ...!

Toothache Makes Whole Side Of Face Hurt
LOGBOOK: Towards the Treviso Marathon (6th episode): Running in the rain
... Between exactly two weeks, it's all over ...
After the disaster of last week, I opted for a gradual recovery to be fully fit for the last 10 days prior to the TM. Fortunately I managed to unlock the legs on Tuesday, made peace with a 6km (5'06 "/ km), and the day after I was already well ...
The idea is to exploit the day today and Thursday (party) for the last two major releases. Today I had to wake up the legs and Thursday will be my last long.
bad that today, a little after 3 when I was ready to leave, I realize that it's raining outside ... and here a series of expletives.

Then I remember what happened last night when I was leaving the store: I know the husband of a colleague, a lot of serious trail runner, being also part of the team "Montelliana" Palio of Montebelluna, with whom I speak for a few minutes together with another colleague, and she also runner in the organization of Treviso Marathon. In an hour I almost 12km: loupe, but it's a pace I could hold for an lot '. A sort of "test on the distance." The problem is that in the first 5km I was quite tired right leg, it felt very heavy.
