to hope is not in (and) ground after waking from a dream, sweaty and already having been catapulted from the mattress. The dream is a step-change in world politics, all focused in the hope Barak Obama, after 8 years of Bush's terrible. Hopes that they support each other: that of a policy of dialogue and not arms, that the global recovery of the economy, the America's "green" and singing away. All this "new movement" is mirrored in Obama, who in his own shape change (or the illusion of it) mentality of the American people, who chose a man opposed to the younger Bush (and the fact that Barak is black is a particular). Moreover, the election of the President of the United States is "the" hub of world politics, happened at a time of grave crisis, a time when needed a coup and a turn to another future. The Americans have taken the risk, the honor and duty. Thanks.
